I specialize in supporting complete beginners, active-aging adults, and anyone returning to movement with more ease and joy.

This work is about releasing stress, moving gently, and reconnecting with your body — without pressure or comparison.

Bodies that have lived, adapted, and carried a lot deserve care, patience, and kindness, not fixing or correction.

Through mindful movement, we focus on safety first — and from there, confidence and joy naturally grow.

Move & Groove, Latin Fit, and Retro Fit are not about choreography or performance.

They’re about rhythm, confidence, and remembering that movement can feel good again.

As a longtime wellness advocate who truly believes in caring for both body and mind, Dagmar partners with community organizations, senior centres, and local spaces to offer gentle movement and wellbeing programs in supportive, down-to-earth environments.

Each program is thoughtfully curated, safe, inclusive, and designed for real people — not fitness culture, trends, or pressure.
