I’m here to help you feel a little better in your body and a little calmer in your day.

Through movement, breath, and gentle awareness, I create classes that are welcoming, supportive, and easy to follow. My classes are designed for real life and to make you feel better in no time.

These classes are not about keeping up or pushing through.

They’re about moving in a way that feels good, at your own pace, in a space where you feel comfortable and supported.

Many of the people here started exactly where you are.‍ ‍

If you’re new, you’re very welcome and I promise that after joining a class you too will be leaving a little better than when you arrived.

Spots are intentional limited to keep classes small and personal.
