VAMOS™ RETREATS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please review these Terms & Conditions before registering. By booking a VAMOS™ retreat, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. Participation & Wellbeing

VAMOS™ retreats are designed for adults 18+. Participation in yoga, movement, sound, excursions and other activities is voluntary. Please participate within your own comfort level and let us know about any relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies or accessibility needs that may affect your participation.

VAMOS™ wellness activities are not medical care, diagnosis or treatment. Please consult your healthcare professional if you have questions about whether a retreat or activity is appropriate for you.

2. Travel & Insurance

Participants are responsible for their travel arrangements, required travel documents and compliance with the laws and requirements of the destination country.

Travel, medical and trip-cancellation insurance are strongly recommended.

3. Accommodation & Other Services

Accommodation and certain retreat services may be provided by third-party suppliers. Participants may be subject to their terms and cancellation policies.

Anything not specifically listed as included on the retreat page is the participant's responsibility.

4. Payment & Retreat Confirmation

Prices, deposit amounts, payment schedules and final payment dates are listed on the individual retreat page and/or at checkout.

A deposit holds your place while the retreat reaches its minimum enrollment. The retreat is confirmed only once the stated minimum number of participants is reached.

If the minimum is not reached and the retreat is cancelled, deposits will be refunded or, where offered, transferred to another VAMOS™ retreat.

5. Changes or Cancellation by VAMOS™

We may make reasonable changes to the schedule, activities, facilitators, accommodation or itinerary when circumstances require it.

If a retreat must be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances, participants will be notified and the applicable refund or transfer options will be provided.

6. Participant Cancellations

Cancellation and refund terms are outlined on the individual retreat page and/or in the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

Any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred may affect the amount refunded.

7. Name Changes & Substitutions

Name changes or participant substitutions may be possible, subject to applicable supplier policies, availability and any related fees.

8. Respect & Conduct

We ask all participants to treat fellow guests, facilitators, staff and local communities with respect.

We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave if their behaviour creates a serious safety, harassment or disruption concern. Any refund will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable terms.

Illegal drugs are not permitted at VAMOS™ retreats. Participants are responsible for complying with local laws regarding medications and other substances.

9. Personal Belongings & Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and for making informed decisions about their own participation and wellbeing.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any responsibility or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Photos & Video

From time to time, photos or videos may be taken during a retreat for VAMOS™ promotional purposes. We respect your privacy and will honor reasonable requests not to be included.

11. Privacy

Personal information is collected and used as reasonably necessary to process your booking, communicate with you and organize the retreat. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
