You are more than welcome! The retreat is intentionally small, and we have accommodated many single travelers before.

Yes. Shared accommodation is ideal for two friends travelling together or anyone comfortable sharing.

Yes, sessions are designed for all body types and experience levels.

Yes, this retreat is easy-going. There will be movement, walking and excursions, but this isn't a fitness retreat and all activities are optional.

Seven breakfasts, a welcome dinner and a farewell dinner are included. Other meals are yours to enjoy as you wish, unless specifically noted as part of an included experience.

Yes, travel & medical insurance is required for participation.

The retreat will not be confirmed until the minimum of six guests is reached. If the minimum isn't reached, your deposit will be refunded or, by agreement, transferred to another VAMOS™ retreat.
