VAMOS™ Winter Pause
A Sound Bath to Rest & Recharge
A little pause before the holiday rush.
The to-do lists, the shopping, the plans… and suddenly December is here! How about giving yourself space when you don’t have to do anything for anyone?
No experience needed. No special skills. And definitely no pressure to meditate!
A little pause. A little peace. A little time just for you.
What Is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a relaxing experience where you immerse yourself in the sounds and vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, chimes, and angel bells.
The sounds offer an opportunity to slow down, step away from your usual distractions and enjoy a quieter moment. You may find the experience relaxing, or simply enjoy having some time to yourself.
Think of it as a small gift to yourself.
Come as you are. Leave the to-do list at the door for a while. Get comfortable and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing afternoon.
Bring your yoga mat, a blanket, your favorite hot drink and anything else that might help you feel warm, comfortable and cozy and give yourself permission to pause.
