VAMOS™ Registration & Cancellation Policy

We're happy you're joining us! Our VAMOS™ classes are small-group programs with limited spaces. When you register, your spot is reserved just for you.

To keep things running smoothly and fairly for everyone, please review our simple registration policy before booking.

Registration & Payment

  • All multi-week sessions are prepaid.

  • Your spot is confirmed once payment is received.

  • Drop-in classes must also be paid for in advance and are subject to availability.

Cancellations & Refunds – Multi-Week Sessions

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted by email at least 14 days before the first class.

  • Refunds are considered only in serious or exceptional circumstances and, if approved, are subject to a $10 administration fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the session starts are non-refundable.

  • Once a session begins, registrations are non-refundable. Missed classes, scheduling conflicts or changes of plans do not qualify for refunds or credits.

Transferring Your Spot

Can't make it after all? You may transfer your registration to another person, provided:

  • You request the transfer at least 7 days before the first class.

  • The replacement participant is approved, and their registration details are provided before attending.

Transfers to another person are not exchanges for a future VAMOS™ session.

Drop-In Classes

  • Cancellations received at least 72 hours before class are eligible for a refund, less a $5 administration fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before class, and no-shows, are non-refundable.

Changes by VAMOS™ organizer

If we need to cancel a class, we'll arrange an appropriate make-up class, account credit or refund for the affected class.

A Little Note

We understand that unexpected things happen. Serious illness or exceptional circumstances may be considered individually, at VAMOS™'s discretion.
